Application
Fully assembled breaker plate unit carrying the manganese breaker plate (and its liners) into the impact chamber; pivots on the adjustment rod and is positioned by the hydraulic setting cylinder to control the rotor-to-plate gap.
Installation Notes
Remove the inspection cover, release the hydraulic pressure, lift the assembly out with the hoist and support it on safety stands; fit the new assembly, then reset the gap and torque the pivot bolts before restarting.
