Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to common questions about crusher parts procurement, lead times, warranties, and more.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Standard parts have no MOQ — order from 1 piece. Custom parts typically require an MOQ of 5–10 pieces depending on complexity.

What are the lead times?

In-stock parts ship within 3–5 business days. Custom parts take 15–30 business days after drawing approval. Sea freight: 25–35 days; air freight: 5–7 days.

Do your products come with a warranty?

All products carry a 6–12 month warranty (depending on operating conditions). Material or workmanship defects are replaced free of charge.

Can you manufacture to my drawings?

Yes. We offer OEM/ODM services and can produce from your drawings, samples, or reverse-engineer from worn parts.

Which crusher brands do you support?

We cover Metso, Sandvik, Shanbao, Terex, Kleemann, McCloskey, and other major brands. Non-standard customization is also available.

What material options are available?

Primary materials include Mn13Cr2, Mn18Cr2, Mn22Cr2 (high manganese steel series), as well as Cr-Mo alloy steel and high chromium cast iron. We recommend the optimal material for your application.

What payment methods do you accept?

T/T (30% advance + 70% before shipment), L/C, and Western Union. Established customers may apply for 30-day net terms.

How do I confirm part compatibility?

Provide your crusher model and part number — our technical team will verify the match. You can also send equipment nameplate or worn part photos for confirmation.
